What we collect
You do not need an account to read this site, and it has no sign-up, comment or contact forms. We do not ask you for personal information.
Our hosting provider receives standard request data, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for, so it can deliver the site and keep it secure.
Analytics and tags
We use Google Tag Manager to load measurement tags, for example Google Analytics. Those tags can collect information such as the pages you view, your device and browser, and your approximate location, and they may set cookies or similar identifiers. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use a browser extension that blocks trackers.
Links to our sponsors
Calls to action link to our sponsors, Agency 310 and GrowthAgents AI. Those links carry campaign tags such as utm_source=aeoforlawyers so the sponsor can see which page sent a visit. Once you are on a sponsor's site, that sponsor's own privacy policy applies. Other links in our sources lead to sites we do not control.
Children
This site is written for people who work in or with law firms and is not directed to children.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask what personal data a business holds about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Because we do not collect personal information directly, most requests will concern the analytics tags above. Send a request through the Agency 310 contact page and mention this site.
Changes
If we change how the site handles data, we will update this page and its date.
